Workplace Coaching using PEARLS

Welcome to the specially created Workplace Coaching Course designed to train manager-leaders! Our award-winning in-house PEARLS Coaching Framework leverages the International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited methodology based on Dr Henry Toi and #CoachTom's highly acclaimed book: Think.Coach.Thrive! for you to become a competent workplace coach.

In this Module, you will learn the P.E.A.R.L.S Coaching Framework that is specially designed to conduct a robust and generative coaching conversation in the workplace. The P.E.A.R.L.S approach provides a systematic approach to coaching, and is intended to provide coaches with a frame that help their clients thrive by:

· Opening up different pathways in the mind

· Making new connections in thinking about the way you think

· Effecting lasting change that is self-directed

Using the P.E.A.R.L.S Coaching Framework, coaches are able to come alongside their clients and workplace colleagues to create pearls of insight and growth. The acronym PEARLS stand for:

P: Creating Purpose and Meaning

E: Building Expertise from Experience

A: Changing Attitudes and Mindsets

R: Increasing Resilience

L: Letting Go and Learning Anew

S: Stepping out and fulfilling Dreams and Visions

What you'll learn in Module 2 (Intermediate Coaching)

This Module comes with more than 3 hours of e-Learning and 4 video/audio sessions.

Requirements

To take this Course, there is no requirement for you to have taken Module 1 if you already have some prior coaching experience. Otherwise, we strongly encourage you to complete Module 1 https://beginnerscoaching.think-2-thrive.com as this course is built upon the Coaching Fundamentals taught in Module 1. This Module can be taken anywhere with internet connection. Additional resources such as Flipbooks are included in this course to assist you in coaching journey.
